The Importance
of True Leadership

In order to truly fulfill your potential for
success in Network Marketing it is vital that

you become the true leader in your own life.

Not just "become a leader." Right now we are going to focus only on you, apart from your roles with other people.

I am suggesting that you become fully sovereign in you life, that you become the sole judge of what is right for you.

Learning to check-in

Often in Network Marketing we join up and align ourselves with a specific group, system, or philosophy because we want to achieve a certain outcome (success, greater wealth, etc.) but we don't check-in to see if our inner selves are really aligned with the energy and methods of that group or system.

Then we feel let down when we don't achieve the success we seek.

If your MLM company or upline offers you a system or method that feels right to you and that works for you (by which I mean that it not only brings the financial results you're seeking, but it feels good to you while you're doing it) then I support you in using it.

If not, then I support you in knowing that there is always more than one way to become successful.

There is ALWAYS more than one way to become successful.

Once you remember that, you are already on your way to attracting methods that will work and feel good.

The key is to use systems and methods,
instead of blindly following them.

You have left it to follow someone else's path, and you are no longer the leader of your own life. You may waste much of your valuable time and energy (blood, sweat, and tears!) before you give up and find your way back to your own path.

Start giving yourself permission to continually "check-in" with what's inside you.

Each of us has a fully-functioning guidance mechanism that helps us stay true to ourselves, if we pay attention to it. Yours will let you know if a particular idea or plan is right for you.

We become followers when we are dazzled by the success of someone else's efforts. But success is not reserved for a certain few who do things in a certain way.

The potential for success lies inside each one of us, but to achieve it we have to stay on a path that's uniquely right for us.
