Improve Your Point of Attraction: The 7-Step Formula
for Positive Change


Your Point of Attraction determines what you attract into your life. The Law of Attraction states that you get the essence of what you think about.

Whichever vibration is most active within you becomes your Point of Attraction--the magnet that attracts things into your life. When you’re feeling negative emotion, it’s because the vibration of something you don’t want has been activated within you.

You can improve your magnetic vibration by learning how to activate the vibration of what you do want, instead.

Following is a 7-step formula for improving the focus of your thoughts, so that you can bring positive change to every area of your life


Step 1) Recognize when you’re feeling negative emotion

Step 2) Make a choice to turn your thoughts in the opposite direction

Step 3) Identify the subject of your negative thought

Step 4) Decide what you DO want, instead

Step 5) Change your focus from what you don’t want to what you do want

Step 6) Build a bridge between your negative vibration and a new, positive vibration

Step 7) Be proactive in choosing your Point of Attraction
I’ve broken the formula down into these very small steps so that you can easily grasp and empower yourself with this process. Let’s talk about each step:

Step 1) Recognize when you’re feeling negative emotion

Pay attention to how you feel! This is the first, all-important step.

Your thoughts activate vibrations inside you, and those vibrations become a magnet, attracting things and people and experiences that match them. Your feelings are caused by your thoughts, and so they are a perfect indication of what you are activating inside you.

Step 2) Make a choice to turn your thoughts in the opposite direction

Your thoughts determine your vibration, and you, and only you get to choose your thoughts. Recognize the power of your thoughts and set an intention to take conscious control of your own thoughts. Commit yourself to the process of improving your personal vibration.

Step 3) Identify the subject of your negative thought

Every thought you think has an underlying or core subject. For example, let’s take the subject of financial income. If you’re thinking about the fact that you don’t have enough income, then the core subject is the lack of money.

Step 4) Decide what you DO want, instead

Turn the focus of your thoughts to what you want, instead. Complete this statement:I want______________________________.

( In the case of our example, you want to have plenty of money.) The majority of us spend most of our time focusing on what we don’t want, but when we shift the focus to what we do want, everything shifts.

Step 5) Change your focus from what you don’t want to what you do want

Focus on the having of whatever it is you want, and not on the lack of it.

Take your focus completely off the problem. This is the hard part, because we tend to believe that we need to focus on a problem in order to find its solution. In fact, the opposite is true. The more you expect a good outcome (without having to know how it will come about) the sooner it can come into your experience..

Step 6) Build a bridge between your negative vibration and a new, positive magnetic vibration

Focus on why you want the things you want. Think of how good it feels to have plenty of money, for instance. Make the effort to choose good-feeling thoughts concerning money, or whatever it is that you want. Believe more in the good things you are creating than you do in the current reality.Then your vibration will be magnetizing those good things.

Remember, you attract the essence of what you think about most.

Step 7) Be proactive in choosing your Point of Attraction

Make these steps a part of a larger system at work in your life. Actively use Law of Attraction tools to keep your point of attraction focused on what you want. Keep using your emotions as a guide, and recognize how important it is to feel good.

Use this formula to empower yourself to create and attract more and more good things into your life. Remember, you and only you are in charge of your vibration and your Point of Attraction.
