Each one of us attracts events and circumstances into our lives through the Law of Attraction, according to whatever is most active in our own vibration. Your "set-point" defines the level of expansion you allow yourself to experience. You Have Your Own Vibrational Set-Point Each of us has our own vibrational set-point, a place where our personal vibration tends to be. It may go higher or lower, depending on the circumstances, but then it bounces back. In a sense it's like a thermostat, a regulator of your personal happiness and fulfillment. The higher you set it, the better you'll feel, and the more magnetic you'll be to the things you want. It takes conscious attention to change your set-point, otherwise it naturally goes back to its previous setting. Here are some ways you can begin to actively raise your set-point and allow in the changes and improvements you've been seeking in your business and your life. Six Ways to Raise Your Vibrational Set-Point #1) Recognize that you have a choice--only you can determine your vibrational set-point. Empower yourself to choose the level of your own happiness, and set an intention to create and allow more fulfillment in your life. #2) Get a clear sense of your own current set-point. How happy are you? Look at the different areas of your life: your business, relationships, family, health. Get a sense of how much good you are currently attracting in each of these areas. #3) Become aware of your emotions or moods as you move through the day. Your emotions are your guidance system, telling you whether or not you're attracting what you want to attract. Become aware of what your "default" mood seems to be. #4) Start noticing your current thought-patterns. Your chronic thought-patterns are responsible for much of what is activated in your personal vibration. Bring your thought pattern into the light of your awareness. #5) Uncover the beliefs underneath those patterns. Evaluate your beliefs and determine whether or not they support the life you are creating. #6) Consciously change your thought-patterns to support the way you want to feel. Using your new beliefs, create new thought-patterns. Release the old beliefs and thoughts that are keeping your set-point low. You'll know you're on the right track if your new thoughts feel good.
